NOVA acquires the companies Egde Consulting and Dekode Interaktiv

Nova Consulting Group has strengthened its position in Norway by acquiring a majority stake in southern-Norway-based Egde Consulting and Oslo-based WordPress experts Dekode Interaktiv. Both companies thereby become part of the NOVA group.

With its acquisitions of Egde Consulting AS and Dekode Interaktiv AS, NOVA takes a solid step forward in its growth strategy for the Norwegian market. With the two new companies on board, the Nova Consulting Group will have close to 600 employees and a turnover of well over NOK 800 million.

For 15 years, NOVA's philosophy has been to build and support the development of employee-owned companies. Both Egde and Dekode will continue to be strong, independent companies with their own unique cultures and responsibility for their own business development. The ownership model in both companies will be expanded so that all employees have the opportunity to take part in their long-term value development as co-owners in the respective companies.

NOVA combines the benefits of a large community rooted in common values, deliverables and goals, with specialized subsidiaries that build strong independent brands.
